Death by Mother-in-Law

Creativus Vomitus

Sometimes the old noggin's just has to purge itself.
Sorry.
If it helps, I was smiling when I drew it.
Sheri thinks I'm sick, some of us knew that already!
Tata all.

A trip into the world of poor taste

The other night the family and I were watching the Disney movie, "The Aristocats". and I recalled something I had not thought about in years.
In 1968, while I attended L.A. Trade Tech, majoring in art and illustration, one of my instructors, who was also working at the Disney Studios in Burbank, California, told us that there were times that he and the other illustrators/animators would grow tired of the monotony of drawing the same characters over and over. Every now and then they would draw the heroine or hero, usually female, in compromising situations, as well as degrees of nakedidity. Walt was never to see these drawings but they still made the rounds and the resulting humor did much to relieve the stress and tension that was rampant in the studio at that time. I saw one and I can tell you that they were incredible.
I tell you that to tell you this, every now and then it is fun to dip the creative pen or brush into the ink well of insanity. I have been dipping.
Once in a while I would like to share some of these excursions into that realm of tasteless humor with you. If they are repulsive to you and/or offend your sense of good taste then my job is successful and they have served their purpose.
These are not for publication but are simply my mind's way of saying, "Stop doing that with the chickens and take the tents down and clean the cages!!!"
Your's for a wrinkle free, drip dry water buffalo.
Thank you,
Himself

A Gizmo "Gotcha" moment

There is an ancient saying that goes, "Revenge is a dish best served cold".
Gizmo's version is, "Sometimes revenge is a dish best served warm and steamy".
